Corporate Headquarters

Fiber Instrument Sales is headquartered at the Fiber Optic Research Park in the town of Oriskany in Central New York State. FIS facilities consist of over 275,000 square feet of manufacturing, warehouse, R&D, and administrative office space.

Training

Our fiber optic training courses are scheduled at locations around the country.  We also maintain hands on training at our Brightside training facility in the Adirondack Mountains of Upstate New York.  Corporate training can also be scheduled for groups at your preferred location.  This training can be customized for your specific needs. FIS also offers Live Online Training hosted by an industry expert, Mr. John Bruno.

Rentals and Pre-owned Equipment Sales

FIS has a wide selection of fiber optic test equipment for rent; OTDR's, fusion splicers and other fiber optic equipment.  Refurbished pre-owned equipment is available through our "New 2 You" program.

Custom Manufacturing

FIS offers custom terminations, cut and coil cable service, custom ferrule drilling and much more.  FIS can design and manufacture injection molded products to customer specifications.

Next Day Shipping

FIS maintains one of the largest fiber optic inventories in the industry.  Our 275,000 square foot facility makes it possible to inventory what you need.  Most orders ship the same day.

Technical Support

FIS has over 300 employees which include highly trained engineers and technicians.  Over 90% of our employees have completed our comprehensive Fiber Optics I & II courses.  Our people are required to attend regularly scheduled training sessions to keep up with technical changes in the industry.
