• Returns must be in full shipping units and in "Like New" condition.
• FIS reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee for all products that are returned.
• Credits cannot be issued without an FIS authorized RMA number.
• Custom manufactured and non-catalog items may not be accepted for return.
